These terms govern your use of Scopevera's software, websites, and connected integration workflows.

1. Service scope

Scopevera provides project intelligence and monitoring features, including connector-based analysis workflows and AI-assisted risk summaries.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and restricting access to authorized users.
  • You must use Scopevera in compliance with applicable law, third-party platform terms, and your internal policies.
  • You are responsible for data sources you connect and for confirming you have authority to connect those sources.

3. Google integrations

  • When you connect Google services, you authorize Scopevera to use only the scopes requested at consent time.
  • You can revoke Google access from your Google Account settings at any time.
  • Use of Google API data is governed by Scopevera's Privacy Policy and applicable Google API Services policies.
  • Scopevera's use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Scopevera to violate confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations, or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, interference, reverse engineering, or abuse of the service.
  • Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or content intended to disrupt service operations.

5. Availability and changes

  • Scopevera may release updates, security improvements, and integration changes over time.
  • Features may evolve as integrations and provider APIs change.
  • We may suspend or limit access if required to protect users, data, or platform security.

6. Limitation of liability

Scopevera provides decision-support intelligence and does not replace professional project governance judgment. Except as required by law, Scopevera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
