General support

  • Include tenant/workspace name, connector type, and timestamp of the issue.
  • For OAuth issues, include the provider (Gmail, Smartsheet, etc.) and the exact user-facing message.

Google OAuth troubleshooting checklist

  • Confirm the correct Google account is used for the connector grant.
  • Confirm the account is allowed on the OAuth consent screen (for apps still in testing mode).
  • Reconnect the connector after any scope or consent-screen changes.
  • If mailbox read fails, verify Gmail API is enabled in the target Google Cloud project.
  • To revoke Scopevera access, remove Scopevera from your Google Account permissions page, then contact support if you also want Scopevera connector data deleted.
